• Chemical-free zone — Always wear your jewellery as the finishing touch, after perfume, lotion, and hairspray have dried.
• Avoid moisture — Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming, or any activity involving water or sweat. Moisture is the fastest way to dull your piece's finish.
• Store with care — Use an airtight box, zip-lock pouch, or soft cloth bag. Keep each piece separate to avoid tangles and surface scratches.
• Wipe after wearing — A gentle wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth after each use keeps your jewellery gleaming for longer.

We take pride in the quality of every order we send out. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we're here to make it right.

• Act quickly — Issues must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery. We're unable to process claims beyond this window.
• Unboxing video required — Please record a continuous, unedited 360° video starting from the sealed package through to opening. This is mandatory for all claims and helps us resolve your issue faster.
• Resolution — If your item is available, we'll dispatch a replacement right away. If it's out of stock, a full refund for the product value will be issued.
• No exceptions — Claims without an unboxing video or raised after 24-48 hours cannot be processed, regardless of the circumstances.
