Return & Cancellations

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order on Aneka.


Returns & Damaged Products

Customers are requested to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This is required in case of any damage or discrepancy.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aneka.com with valid proof (unboxing video and images).

Without valid proof, we will not be able to process any replacement or refund.


Resolution Policy

In case of transit damage or incorrect product:

  • A replacement will be provided wherever possible

  • A refund will be issued only if the product is unavailable

The product must be returned in its original condition, along with packaging, to the address shared by us.


Return Window

Requests for damaged or incorrect items must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered.


Cancellations & Exchanges

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

  • Exchanges for different products are not permitted


Partial Order Issues

If any item in your order cannot be fulfilled:

  • A replacement of equal value may be offered

  • You may choose a higher-value product by paying the difference

  • Or a refund will be issued for that specific item

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address during courier hours (typically 9 AM – 5 PM).

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times

  • If delivery fails, the parcel may be returned to us

Re-shipping may be arranged, and additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.


Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

No refund will be initiated.


Sale Items

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
