At Aneka, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and efficiently across India. Please review the details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.

Orders are fulfilled exclusively through our official website.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2-3 working days

  • Other locations: Up to 5-6 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier serviceability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges typically range between ₹60 – ₹90, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, and contact details are entered correctly while placing the order.

  • We recommend having someone available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

  • In certain cases (such as gated communities, offices, hostels, or hotels), deliveries may be made to a central collection point. Customers are responsible for coordinating the collection in such scenarios.

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be held at the nearest delivery hub.

Failed Delivery & Re-shipping

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Non-acceptance of the parcel

The shipment will be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, and applicable shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Partial COD orders:

  • A small advance amount is collected at the time of placing the order

  • The remaining amount is payable upon delivery

If the order is not accepted or is returned, the advance amount (up to ₹105) will be adjusted towards shipping and handling costs.

Delays & External Factors

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines are subject to external factors such as logistics delays, regional disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will assist you with tracking and support wherever possible.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to:

  • Track their shipments using the provided tracking details

  • Ensure availability at the delivery address

  • Coordinate with the courier service if required

Incomplete coordination may result in delivery delays or return of the shipment.
